Sri Lankan nationals who already hold a valid Schengen, United States, United Kingdom, or Ireland visa or residence permit can use the Türkiye e-Visa route, subject to the official portal conditions.
Türkiye says the e-Visa route is only for tourism or commerce. Work, study, and other long-stay purposes should use the mission route.
Türkiye says travelers should carry a passport valid for at least 60 days beyond the permitted stay, and the MFA also advises having a travel document valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
